Incredible service, competitively priced and prompt turnaround! Best tire experience I've had in Carson City

Use to be awesome no wait great service. Service has declined and too many people have moved to area in recent years. Not all tire shops fault but it has definitely gone downhill in last 5 to 10 years just like everything else locally due to several factors. Still hard to beat prices but don’t expect great service and wait times have increased significantly.

Looks like a great price but was a complete rip-off. Wouldn't honor the warranty. Would recommend going to almost anywhere else.

The employees are nice. The scheduling is ridiculous. I could not get an appointment and if I had an issue they would not have the time to actually fix it. The times I was in there I saw people who were just waiting on waiting. Wow. Took my business elsewhere. The employee cancelled my tire order and service without blinking an eye, could not help me.

My first bad experience at Costco/Costco Tire. I had a nail in my Costco-purchased tire causing a slow leak. After three sets of tire purchases I’ve never had a road hazard issue. When I called to make an appointment for repair I was told an appointment was not necessary but it could take 2-3 hours to fit me in. I drove almost an hour to the Carson City Costco Tire Center. Again was told 2-3 hours and that I would receive a call when ready. I was also vaguely threatened that since I hadn’t used Costco for tire rotations they may not honor my warranty. I use a local shop for storing, swapping (and rotating) my summer/winter tires every 6 months. After kicking around Carson for 2 hours and 45 minutes - with no update - I returned to find my car where I had parked it, untouched. The tire center manager said they had not been able to squeeze me in and likely wouldn’t for the rest of the day but could make an appointment for the next day. Why wasn’t I offered a repair appointment in the first place when I called??? So, the solution offered was, after driving an hour to get there, for me to drive an hour home, an hour back the next day, then another hour back home. I drove down the s
